AMT/USA has been bought by a holding company, R/P International Jets. The Company will keep the AMT/USA name and operate as a Division of R/P Int'l.

Norm Robinson is CEO
John Ligons is VP Sales and Marketing
Tim Gerbus is VP Operations
Derrick Robinson is Operations Manager
Desmond Robinson is Mascot/Pilot

Leo Gerbus, son Tim Gerbus and John Ligons are also principles of AMT/USA

The entire Company is relocating July the 21st to: 611 Shepherd Drive, Unit 18

Bruce and Rodney are staying with the Company and relocating to Cincinnati.

I have been in regular communications with Norm Robinson and John Ligons for the last few months as well as the entire group this last weekend at Windy City Jets and find them very professional, resourceful and passionate about our hobby...I'm excited!!!

It would be advisable to wait a few days before attempting to do business at the new location.
